John Alexander Appointed Executive Director, University Health Services at Northwestern University

K&A joins Northwestern University in congratulating Dr. John Alexander on his appointment as Executive Director of University Health Services. Prior to his appointment as Executive Director, Dr. Alexander served as Interim Executive Director since 2010 and as Medical Director since 2006. As Executive Director, Dr. Alexander leads a comprehensive primary health care center that averages approximately 25,000 outpatient visits annually and provides extensive programs and services for Northwestern students at both its Evanston and Chicago campuses. Dr. Alexander oversees eight departments that comprise University Health Service including health information management services, health promotion and wellness, insurance, laboratory, outpatient services, patient accounts, pharmacy and radiology.
