Services Research and Evaluation We assist colleges and universities in recognizing, aggregating, evaluating, reporting, and responding to useful and accurate data -- and in using data effectively in strategic planning, assessment, budgeting, and preparation for accreditation. We have often conducted student surveys to define needs and preferences, gather feedback, or document satisfaction for departments and/or institutions. We have worked closely with our colleagues to develop, conduct, and report results in ways that answer key institutional questions and provide reliable, accurate data. |
