In our program reviews, organizational assessments, and strategic planning consultations, K&A assists colleges and universities in translating their vision and ideas into strategy, goals, and objectives - and in implementing their chosen strategies through carefully designed activities, programs, and services that resonate with the institution's purposes, respond to its context, and emphasize its strengths. K&A understands our role as facilitative and consultative; our expertise is in helping institutions bring forth, clarify, and refine ideas; providing data and information with which institutions can evaluate those ideas; and assisting institutions in assessing resource needs, setting priorities, and determining implementation and communications plans.
