Georgia State University:

Long-term support for the establishment, development, and assessment of the achievement of student learning outcomes and indicators of overall institutional effectiveness for GSU's Division of Student Services; now in its fourth phase, that project includes two major student Web surveys (needs assessment and satisfaction) and linkages with the Provost's broad efforts to increase accountability and document the value and efficacy of programs and services. This project includes annual reassessment and updating of the Division's strategic plan, Blueprint for Action.
