Acadia University:

A comprehensive, multi-year university strategic planning process for Canada's premier primarily undergraduate institution centered on the refinement and implementation of a new academic strategy. Acadia's Board of Governors approved the final strategic plan in May 2006, and K&A is now assisting the University in developing general and sector-specific implementation plans.
