Murray State University:

This project first replicated the empirical process by which the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education develops their institutional funding comparison model, and then critiqued the model based upon a state funding policy framework developed by K&A. The second phase of the project includes the crafting of higher education state funding policy alternatives with which to arm the President to advocate for policy change with the state assembly and Council on Postsecondary Education. K&A supports the President through data gathering, analysis, policy development, and messaging strategy.
